Our typical lead times range from 2 to 3 weeks for handmade-to-order pieces, while items in stock will be dispatched within 1 to 5 business days. Can I swap my order instead of sending it back?
Absolutely! We're more than happy to facilitate exchanges within a 30-day window from when you received your order. Just inform us when requesting your return label, and we'll issue you a store credit so you can start shopping anew! Please note, we're unable to dispatch your replacement until we've received the original item back.

What if my ring doesn't fit properly upon arrival?
No need to worry! If your ring doesn't fit properly, we've got you covered. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label and happily resize the ring for you at absolutely no extra charge within 30 days of your order's receipt.
If you require resizing beyond the 30-day window, we're still here to assist. We can resize it for you for a nominal fee of $70. Simply reach out to us, and we'll initiate the process right away!
Please note that once a ring has been resized or exchanged for a different size, it becomes ineligible for return or exchange.
