For returns due to dissatisfaction with the product, return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

We offer a lifetime warranty on all pieces priced at $500 or more if your stones become loose, dislodged, and fall within our normal wear and tear policy. We also cover any manufacturing defect. Items that fall outside the scope of our wear and tear policy include misshapen bands, bent or broken prongs, any visible chips on the surface of the remaining stones. These defects suggest jewelry that is worn during vigorous activities or impacts on hard surfaces, which do not indicate a manufacturing defect.
If the ring has been resized or worked on by another jeweler, we can no longer cover the ring's repair. Please email us at hello@francescaolcesejewelry.com with your order number and an explanation of what happened, and we will be happy to assist you!
